Add another option in subscription form to set behavior when a topic/purpose is left unchecked

Currently, when a topic/purpose checkbox is unchecked, it will be taken into account by default when submitting the form. It would be nice to have an additional option to set the desired behavior when a checkbox is unchecked, so that customers can make the form ignores the unchecked checkbox for example.

I completely support this idea, especially for separate unsubscribe forms where you don't want an un-checked box to opt the user into a purpose.
