There is no field for total value of the entire purchase requisition lines at the header level nor at the related information tab. Whether you are the grid level reviewing multiple purchase requisitions or when view a specific purchase requisition there is no way for managers to view the total value of the entire purchase requisition other than clicking additional click on the Summary > Total for each purchase requisition. However, the line net amount and total amount are available on the line and the related information. It would be much easier and faster for users to view the total amount/net amount on the header level, the all purchase reqs grid or the related info or if available can be added using personalization.
