Add total value of the entire purchase requisition line to the header for easier review

Ability to filter by product version in Issues Search
Currently, the issue search allows us to filter by product and only 3 options: "AX," "for operations" and "for finance and operations" it would be nice to add a filter by product release version like 8.1, 10.0.3....etc.
