Variable compensation plans with variable compensation type cash default to unit value 1 and it is not possible to edit the unit value. The field properties indicate that it should be possible to record unit values to decimal places. The actual amount of the variable plan has to be entered into the number of units field.
The number of units field is an integer so it is not possible to record amounts to decimal places (to the penny).
