We need a function to create a unique link for each customers in a Campaign, the unique link can be a parameter adding at the end of original link, so that customers can share this promotional link to their friends via multiple channel such as Email, SMS or Social Network, and when their friends has done any activities, the system able to track the their activities (such as product purchase) from the referral of which customers.

This is already supported. You can user personalization inside the URL to add referral code or any such parameters. Click on the Personalization icon ("{}" in Outbound, Person image in Real time) shown in the URL edit box to insert such parameter into the URL.
