Workers to be able to "Select other" address from ESS

HR users can utilise the "Select other" functionality in Worker record, through which they can associate worker with address linked to Legal entities (sort of as a catalogue of work addresses). This functionality is not available in ESS to be done by workers themselves. Once enabled, ideally this should be manageable by security in case it is not required by other customers. Thank you
