There is a possibility needed to re-assign workflow tasks of special users. I didn´t find any possibility to get the workflows, that are already assigned to a special user.
The idea behind it, is to have a possibility for adminitrators to re-assign worflow tasks if an employee is in illness or unexpected out of office. The user has the possibility to setup a holiday delegation but this only works for newly created workflows but not for already existing workflow tasks.

Hi,Would indeed be nice and productive to have this available. As there is no integration between Ourlook Out-of-office and Dynamics and people forget to activate delegation in D365, admins have quite a task now to re-assign workitems to the appropriate people when users are on leave or ill for a couple of days.Best regards,Steven
