We just switched to V4. When I create a new phone call or e-mail from inside a contact, it doesn't auto-fill name and phone number like it used to. This is a pain as I have to search for the person, even though it is already "set regarding" to them. I also have to go back to the contact and copy and paste the phone number in the phone call. This takes way too much time and is irritating. Please fix.

That is not true. I just tried it again and it does NOT auto fill. As a matter of fact, you REMOVED that feature in CRM 2013. Please fix this ASAP.
