Send Email (with attachment) to Marketing Lists
When trying to make a quick campaign or campaign that will send an e-mail, I am not able to add an attachment to the e-mail. Attachments are not allowed until you save the e-mail, but there is no "save" button, only continue. This needs to be added. The workaround was to make an e-mail templat...

Inserting a template always puts it above the e-mail I've created
I use a template for a signature file. However, no matter what I do or where I place the cursor, it always inserts the template at the top of the e-mail, causing me to cut and paste and realign the top of the e-mail.
