Localization in Portugal is crucial since there is currently only one vendor offering a solution, posing a significant risk for multinational companies reliant on a single point of failure. Portugal represents a substantial economy within Europe and is an expanding market for Dynamics 365 F&SCM.

It seems that the portuguese population number and the economy may explain why we do not have a portuguese localization yet.
But dear Microsoft, did you know that Portugal is a platform for european connection to african countries?
Did you know that six african countries have the same language, and most important to this subject, a similar fiscal and accounting structure based on Portuguese accounting and fiscal structure?
Please think about not only the ten milion actual portuguese population but add up 67 milion more that, with little effort,would benefit from portuguese localization. Its almost 80 milion people...
These countries were portuguese colonies so we have a strong economical and cultural connection still today.

Unfortunately, only 1 partner supports this and they’re difficult to work with and the localization is flawed. It would be great if Microsoft supported this!!! Even if Microsoft don’t always get it right (such as SII in Spain) at least they listen and fix if you can provide supporting evidence when it breaks!

We implemented the external Portugal localization several times in projects, would be good if it is supported by Microsoft directly.

It's always a pity and create complexity in the international deployment.
Due to the additional costs of the localizations some of our customers choose to keep a local finance tool.

Viking Cruises Portugal have several Tax and Accounting requirements that have no solutions on D365's business package, to have a customization on D365 for Portugal localization is a need with high priority.

This is very critical to our business functionality. Today we are working with an ISV but it's not working very well and requires quite a bit of work and upgrades and additional work.
This should be added to the list of countries already available in D365

Portuagal is in the gorup of countries being considered to be included in scope of Microsoft's Dynamics 365 Finance localization.
Currently this is not in our roadmap; however, we are tracking the interest. Please keep voting.
