A requirement has come up to provide users in Talent with direct link to F&Ops which can be achieved by using the User defined links however, the customer would like to have a "Tile" i.e a workspace in the home area (DefaultDashboard) they can click on and this would take them to the area in F&Ops instead of surfacing the link in ESS > LINKS area. The suggestion is to provide the ability to link user defined link to a custom workspace which would then turn into a link itself when clicked on. Prerequisite: It would need to be possible to distribute visibility of the custom workspace via personalisation which after a quick test didn't seem to be happening at the moment (sorry if I didn't make it work because I missed something)
