Product Bundles are currently disallowed in Sales Agreements, which turns them useless to us, as we have a lot of Sales Agreements in our system. This was working until a fix got put in under KB 5009531.

The fix is not the right way of fixing it: this is just an easy way out: just don't let them use it, as opposed to fixing the problem.

KB was for below issue:

Thanks for your input. I can see that you refer to a fix made for revenue recognition bundle which is deprecated with 10.0.38. The replacement feature 'Product Bundle' was released in 10.0.36 as a 1:1 functional replacement, which means that this feature has the same limitation. Sales agreement have however been made extensible relative to product bundle in 10.0.37, such that you can lift the restriction and do a custom solution. We have your ask captured in the feature backlog for product bundle, however we do not have any plans at present to provide the capability requested. We will continue to monitor how much in demand such a capability is.
