Currently Customer Journey does not support to use other information apart from e-mail interaction, such as Purchase information, to retarget customer in the same journey. It requires additional segmentation and new customer journey to retarget.

Please consider to allow to input other conitions.

This capability is available in Real-time orchestration via Triggers. Triggers in Real-time Marketing allow the Marketer to listen to signals, e.g. Visited Website, Submitted Form, etc. and run a journey only when these signals are triggered by the user.
