When employee goes to View time off > Time off requests, he/she can see all the requests but they cannot see the request id. This is same for HR too when viewed the same screen from workers form. It would be good if the request id is also shown. For a same date, there could be multiple transactions like request full day, reverse full day, request full day, reverse half day. Request id is useful to track sometimes.
