In journeys we can send emails, text messages, ...

Some customers need to send postal letters, witch are in certain cases more efficient than emails.

Could you create the possibility to choose the data to export from contacts or leads, choose a folder (local or sharepoint or sFTP or ... ) and create the activity in the timeline, so CRM users can see that a letter was sent.
