Create activity in journey
We had a feature in outbound to create activity and phone calls to users.
This do not exists yet in realtime and would be usefull to migrate customers from outbound to realtime
Hability to create letters (not only emails)
In journeys we can send emails, text messages, ...
Some customers need to send postal letters, witch are in certain cases more efficient than emails.
Could you create the possibility to choose the data to export from contacts or leads, choose a folder (local or sharepoint or sFTP ...
Possibility to personalize emails with all kind of fields
Add the possibility to personalize emails with fields list.
Currently it is not possible, with a list field, we cannot use it in the email editor. We have to create a formula in line conditions. This is possible only when the list has very few values.
Limit in segment number
There is a limit of 1000 segments in dynamics.
Please increase this limit !
Moreover, each segment can create some "technical segments" and some "user segments", both are taken in account for the total.
ex : a segment with filters on Contact and filter on behaviour...
Date format in event
Actually the date is only in US format : MM/DD/YYYY. We have to change it in HTML so we can display a european format DD/MM/YYYY.
Please allow us to change and choose the date format for each event.
Choose UTM value
We had a new feature with the UTM.
But customers needs to be able to choose the value, instead of having values linked to journey name or email name.
Instead of using this UTM preview, we still "write" UTM with the URL
Segment on datalake
There is a limit in data transfert in marketing : 30 millions for a single table, 100 millions in total.
I understand dataverse is not the right place to store so much data.

Number of digits in segments
There is a limit of 4000 digits in segments.
It means that if all criterias are over this limit, user get an error.
Please increase the number of digits in the segments and catch the error when the limit is reached.
Show in CRM that an email is in hardbounce
In case of hardbounce, display information on Contact screen : field in red, or information displayed clearly so users may change it
