After upgraded to Dynamics CRM Online 2015 Update 1, users are not able to use the shortcut key [Ctrl + Shift + S] anymore which worked fine in the previous version. The record is saved but it does not open a new form.
This is causing a great impact on our users because there is no workaround to be fixed the situation, and many users are used to the original functionality of this shortcut key.
Please provide this functionality available like before, so that we can meet the needs from our customers, and achieve the better peformance.
