This one creates discrepancies specially for leave and absence with years of accrual.
This become our issue for Long Service Leave (10years accrual) which is a standard requirement in AU.

In Italy the legal amount of accrued holidays per month has several decimals. To avoid big rounding errors it would be highly appreciated to have the possibility to use minimum 4 decimals when defining leave and absence plans.

this would need to be configurable though as differing organisations will have different views on rounding - in my organisation we would prefer to the nearest 0.5 or 0 as we round to the nearest half day.
