Please add a possibility to display pending employee to his future Manager on MSS. It is important for Managers to have an access namely to Performance goals due to preparation of goals for the trial period (as important part of adaptation activities from the first day).

It will help a lot to customers' satisfaction, new hires engagement and complexity of covered processes at all. Currently they need to use other ways outside the D365 HR (a preparation of the goals outside the system and their typing in on the first day is not modern and time effective solution).
