- When Customer quick searches a word specifically a name and if the word falls after the 1st word of a first name or last name of that particular record then the record is not searchable. Issue also occurs while searching for account name.
- This is by design of CRM of how quick find/ search functionality is. CRM will display results to the user of searches of a word that is in a record or linked to.
e.g. Account called Elvis, and you add 20 contacts to this account, when you search Elvis, the account will show as well as the contacts as they are on the Elvis account. More info and options in below
