Name sequence should be set as same as the Name sequence in All cusomers when customer creation in POS.

For example,

we configure Name sequence as "LastSpaceFirst" in All cusomers.

Open POS, 

1) Go to "Find customer". 

2) Click "create new customer".

3) Input customer name and then click "create new address".

Customer name is Honjo (Last name) Mika (First name).

4) Name is set automatically. Mika (First name) Honjo (Last name).

Name should be set Honjo (Last name) Mika (First name), according to Name sequence in All cusomers.

After checking in All customers, cutomer name is the correct name sequence.

But name of description is Not correct, Mika (First name) Honjo (Last name). This shoud be Honjo (Last name) Mika (First name), same as customer name. 

As you know, "LastSpaceFirst" name sequence is normal culture in Japan. We are happy including other Japanese companies if MS implement this idea to the related functions. In my company, our back office team edits this contact name about 150 SOs per month. Because this contact name is sent to local transporter to delivery to the our customers. Local transporter generates shipping label using this info. If our back office team doesn't edit the correct contact name, local transporter can't deliver the products. So contact name shoud be set correctly for us, the local transporters and customers.
