Web client crash when applicationInsightsConnectionString has an invalid value.

If the app.json setting for applicationInsightsConnectionString has a value but the value is invalid the web client crash.
There should be a an message which to appear in this situation in other to help understand the reason and make troubleshooting process much easier.

The platform should never become unstable and not be able to load pages due to an incorrect ApplicationInsightConnectionString value in app.json
