Web client crash when applicationInsightsConnectionString has an invalid value.
If the app.json setting for applicationInsightsConnectionString has a value but the value is invalid the web client crash. There should be a an message which to appear in this situation in other to help understand the reason and make troubleshooting process much easier.

The availability of the library apps is determined only by the first submission in which it is added. If the library apps are compatible with older versions of BC it will be better to be available as an update for the older versions
