On the Task Management page of all tasks, you can filter on every column except the regarding column. This would be more beneficial in quickly being able to filter these tasks per employee.

This would be very helpful to our HR staff as they would like to group all tasks that they are assigned to on a specific worker together. That way they could complete them at the same time, versus having to scroll through their 'My Tasks' pane to find all of the tasks that are assigned on the same Worker record.
