Currently we have a business need to discount freight down to zero for some continuity child orders when a customer reaches a certain threshold of purchases. We are using flat rate shipping (Auto Charges) for shipments and do not have ability to create a discount tie to affiliation to enable the freight charge to be null/zero for these customers.

We also have certain Schedule ID's / Events which top customers are affiliated with which we never want to charge freight for and do not have a way to separate these schedule ID's/Events from being charged freight.
