B2B (primary target audience)

The ability to relate "contacts" to the unified customer profile for the account (B2B) where the contacts belongs to, was recently added.

It would be essential to be able to add to the customer's "activity timeline", not only activities defined at the account level, but also activities defined for the contacts that belong to that account.

e.g: being able to see complaints received from any of the customer's contacts into the activitiy timeline of the customer account.

Contact level activities are now supported in Customer Insights. Any activities a contact makes will show up on their associated account. See documentation and steps to implement: Semantic mappings (preview) - Dynamics 365 Customer Insights | Microsoft Docs

Thank you, Mariana, for your post. We recently launched the capability of utilizing Contact activity records when setting up activities to both roll-up contact activities to accounts as well as being able to know which activities were completed by each contact.
