Provide additional attributes in "Activity creation" process

In the process of defining the customer's activities, being able to select one more additional attribute of the activity. (Currently in the "Activity unifiation" stage of the "Create an activity" process, it is only allowed to select one "additional details"). Thanks

Adding additional attributes to the output of unified activities would make activities more useful. 

We would be happy to consider this work for a future release, but it is not currently prioritized. Your votes and scenarios how this would impact your business scenarios will help us understand and prioritize this work over other work.

View activity details from Timeline section in B2B scenario

The Timeline section, makes the created activities available there. Each activity definition comes from an Entity that has more detailed information. It would be very useful to access from the Timeline section and be able to obtain a list with more details for each activity. Thanks

Thanks for this suggestion.
We are not planning to invest in the Timeline control in CI-Data as this is only used by administrators and data wranglers working in CI-Data to validate configuration.  The Customer cards are not intended to be used as a line-of-business display of unified profiles and insights.  

That job is better done in a custom Power App canvas application, or a PowerBI report.

Hi Ragnar,

Thanks for this suggestion.  
We're releasing table row filtering that will allow you to filter out rows from the activity table you don't want to process / include in the unified activites.
Filtering out noise activities will not only provide a better timeline view, but will also improve processing as we filter them out prior to processing.

Alternatively, if you can break the activities up into separate tables, you could choose to only send the activites in one table. This would give you the ability to export the full set of activities (if you need them) but send a subset to the timeline.

Activity Timestamp shown in Local Time instead of UTC

Currently all timestamps in the UX timeline (both CI and through the CE timeline component) are shown in UTC.


It would be useful if these timestamps were shown in local time. Country/Region is already set under System.

The issue is when you have one table as a data source containing multiple activity types. As of right now I am forced to split that one table into various tables, one for each activity type. This is required because when creating an activity within CI I can only select an entity and not filter...
