Approval Workflows - Send notification to Requestor

Add capability to send an “Approved” notification to the submitter when their request is approved.

This has never been implemented. What was asked for is when a document has been full approved that a notification is sent to the requester to let them know they can now processed the document. What has been delivered is that a notification can be sent to every single step EXCEPT the final approval. Every single time I've delivered this the clients all think this is a big omission of functionality and can't understand why the requester is not notified that their document is now approved. Please can this be added to all approval workflows so the requester is notified that a document has been approved and can be processed.

I have similar situation where could not receive notification at requestor end. Finally, had to get the workflow modified by developer to make it working.

Thanks for the feedback - I had walked through setup for a client and it appeared no notification was sent back to the requester.  I'll run again and follow-up with repo if it's still an issue.
