Repro Steps

1. Login to CRM organization


2.Click on Microsoft dynamics CRM


3.Click on the dropdown and select Sales


4.Click on dropdown for Sales and select Activities


5.Underneath Activities select appointments


6. Create a new appoinment


7.Click on the look up for the required filed and select an account record eg. A Datum corporation


8.Click on the required field for the lookup again.


 


(try to search for any account records


eg. to search for Alpine ski house )


 


enter 'al' and then hit enter.


 


9.Then use the mouse and select the option "look up more" records.


 


10.In the selected records we see the icons for the account records however the name is missing.


 


Actual Result

In the Selected record field we see only the icons for the selected record however do not see the name of the records .


 


Expected Result

In the Selected record field we should be able to see the name of the records along with the icons.


 


Although the issue is fixed in CRM 2016 we would want to be able to carry out the same functionality in CRM 2013 SP1 UR 4
