Give the ability to delete a compliance profile, purpose or topic once it has been created. 

At present, in fact, it is only possible to deactivate wrong compliance profiles, but there is no possibility to delete purposes created by mistake, nor to delete obsolete or simply wrong Topics. 

It would be very useful then, to add the "delete" option for all these entities, in order to have a cleaner situation on the platform, but also a better alignment of the data when reporting.
