Instead of jumping to outlook user should be able to email straight within the system with his /her own email without SMTP. This feature tied to all Master personal records (Contacts, Customers, Vendors, Employees etc). The This should be tightly integrated with interactions. There should be easy way to save email templates.
This feature is available in most of other system. Having integration with outlook this is not difficult to add.

Agreed the "Use For Email Body" field on the Report Selection page is not working. Using Report 1322 Purchase - Order, works fine in BC 14.0 On-Prem but not Cloud version 14.0.32600. Thanks

In Business Central Windows Client On-Promises the system jump to the Outlook environment to complete the Email Body and add easily new Email recipients and send from the Outlook Email user interface. We love this feature. Is it possible to do that in Business Central on the cloud Wen Client?
