With the new feature 'Streamlined employee entry' enabled, you can no longer export custom fields/personalisation's from the Work History entity directly (HcmWorkerEmploymentFormPart) without going to System administration and following these steps: 1. Navigate to "Personalisation" 2. Go to Users and select the user who has created the personalisation 3. Select the HcmWorkerEmploymentFormPart page and export it Although currently, with the new feature disabled you are able to export straight from the Employment entity by right clicking and selecting 'personalise this page' and pressing export. The import/export isn't in preview, this is already a working feature therefore should be able to be used with the new feature.
