Expose Label related event that was sent to purchase assessment via APIs.
We already have that functionality exposed for Account Creation and custom assessment, however it's not supported yet for the Purchase assessment.
Based on that, the UX could color code some of the fields in transaction page to show the user that a certain email/account/PI is labeled as fraudulent.
