Adding this capability would result in efficiency gains since the merchant would no longer have to pull up and correlate these restricted email addresses (for example) in other tooling just to find out that action has already been taken on them.

This would also help in the Link Analysis section of the product. Example: If an email address is linked to 10 other accounts that are also restricted, then the merchant could immediately take action and restrict that email address as well.

D365 Fraud Protection already has this functionality exposed for Account Creation and Custom Assessment, however it's not supported yet for the Purchase assessment.

Taking this a step further, it would be nice if the UX supported some kind of color coding in transaction page to show the user that a certain email/account/PI is labeled as fraudulent.
