It would be nice to be able to use an image on a page field for card and/or list pages also.

May be Microsoft should just remove AW0009 and "undeprecate" the Blob/Bitmap feature?
Microsoft itself is using this feature in "Company Information" page.
When 5+ years (see https://github.com/microsoft/AL/issues/3406) are not enough to solve the described situation with Blob / Media, then the warning should be probably removed/postponed till the issue is really present on the backlog.

But sadly that issue was closed unsolved after about two years.
So, how long is a "long term roadmap" approximately? ;-)
