In Customer Insights – Journeys emails, the conditions used in dynamic lists cannot be viewed or edited after the list is created. This makes it difficult to adjust or verify segmentation logic. Enable users to open, view, and modify the filter conditions of dynamic lists at any time.

This already exists - you can view filter confitions for both lists and dynamic text that use a relation that results in a list as part of traversal. Open the list or dynamic text from the Personalization property pane, it will show one line summary of the condition(s) below the definition, click on that summary and the condition builder UI opens up that lets you view or edit conditions. If this is not working for you, please open a support ticket. If the suggestion is for something else, please clarify in comments.
