As of today, time window start and end are capture and displayed as date/time fields, which is often confusing for the user. Suggestion: Similar to date-only fields, also provide time-only fields. Workaround could be the ability to only show the time portion of a date/time field in standard views.

This problem is specific to Views. In forms there is already the possibility to choose the control "Time without Date" for the field.
However for columns, i.e. in Schedule Board you still have "02.01.2000 13:00" where you want to have "13:00" and you can't trim that to only show the time proportion. Even when trying to replicate the time into another field via Calculated Field or Workflow you only get the database time (UTC).
