When customer opens an Activity (Phone call/E-mail), then the recipient does not auto populate.
- Customer performed below mentioned steps
1. Login into CRM https://cwbdev.crm.dynamics.com organization (It is CRM 2013 org).
2. Click on Microsoft Dynamics CRM ? Sales ? Contacts
3. Open an Contact record
4. Search for the Activities sub-grid and click on �+� sign.
5. Then select Email/Phone Call.
6. There the recipient field was blank for Outgoing.
7. Subject field populates with the Contact/Account name.

- Then he logged into CRM 2011 org.

1. Login into https://cwb.crm.dynamics.com
2. Click on Workplace ? Account
3. Open an Account record
4. Select the Activities sub-grid under the �Notes & Activities�
5. Click on �Add New Activities� ? Phone call
6. It would open a phone call activity and a Recipient field would populate automatically.

Correct. With the new version, when I open a new activity phone call from inside a contact, the new phone call does not have the recipients name or phone number already populated as the previous CRM version did. This require three extra steps to properly populate the fields. This is a step backwards.
