Workflow using workflow user group should ignore Approver user setup limits if filter applied on amount in workflow.

For example if you have a department that only uses workflow user groups and on one workflow a filter is applied on Amount say less than or equal to £1,000 and a filter on Responsibility centre of X. If you introduce a second workflow a filter is applied on Amount say greater than £1,000 and less than or equal to £10,000 and a filter on Responsibility centre of Y then Approver user setup limits should be ignored. Whereas currently an approver in the workflow user group has to have a limit of at least £10,000 in Approver user setup as it checks the approvers limit.

The risk is if a user omits to include the responsibility centre on a transaction it will look at the limit of £10,000 and approve the transaction whereas the limit of £10,000 is only for specific transactions.
