There is no option to add a comment line on the purchase quotation as there is with a purchase order. Users have to add comments in the header which are not visible straight away when an approver/other user opens the document.

It would be useful if disputed transactions were identified as such on aged payables and receivables. This is one of the main reports credit controllers will use when chasing debts and it may upset customers if they are chasing disputed transactions.
