When working With lots of activities, cases and Queues you want to make sure that the support-worker send e-mails from Support@Company.com and not own e-mail. Let Dynamics 365 remember if you prefer to reply from Support@Company.com og PersonalEmail@Company.com. Also let Administrator decide this...

Almost every customer service center uses shared mailboxes to send out mails. We are solving this issue now with javascript, but it would be nice if you could configure that the replies are send from the same email address associated with the queue.

This is actually a rather critical feature for a serious customer service solution. One very few customer service centers will have their service agents send emails from their own email addresse. They will always send emails from one or a list of different common mailboxes (or actually queues). Having the option of defining (per user) the default "send from" mail box is a MUST in a customer service solution.
