When assigning queues to agents in User Management > Enhanced User, it is possible to select multiple users and update their queue assignments. However, there is a significant limitation: currently, only 5 queues can be assigned at a time.
This restriction poses a major challenge for businesses that manage hundreds of queues, as assigning them in increments of 5 is highly inefficient. We request an enhancement to increase this limit, allowing for bulk queue assignments on a larger scale.
Additionally, we propose introducing a middle-layer entity between queues and users—a Queue Profile. This would allow administrators to group queues into profiles (e.g., all email, chat, and voice queues related to “Germany” could be assigned to a “Germany Profile”). Then, instead of manually assigning multiple queues to each agent, administrators could simply assign the relevant Queue Profile to the user.
This enhancement would significantly streamline the user configuration process, making it easier to manage queue assignments in complex environments.
