Be able to distribute salary raises based on a budget. A basic version could help most medium size businesses (as many of them have a “light” budgeting process, especially when it comes to HR) It would work like this : Total budget for salary increase for next year : B Split by department : B1, B2, ..., Bn Each department manager can distribute the given Bx among its team members It is recorded in the system.
