When you first create a Journey and choose the Marketing Form Trigger, it highlights 'Choose the Type of Audience', which is essentially Step 3, instead of highlighting Choose a Form, which is step 2. Users see a blue or red box highlighting 'Choose the Type of Audience' with a red asterisk AND red text stating, "Choose a data source". It is too easy to miss the choose a form and click the Create button.

What's worse is that once you've created the Journey, there is NO EASY WAY to choose the Form; you are locked in with the 'All Forms' option. The Task Pane down the right-hand side does NOT have the 'Choose a Form' option, so a user would have to delete the Journey and create a new one. This is the second major GUI/UX flaw.

Can the Wizard be fixed/changed so that it has 3 steps:

1) Select a Trigger

2) Select a Form (a user should HAVE a drop-down box and should have to select 'All Forms' or should be presented with a drop-down list of recent forms.

3) AFTER 'All Forms' or a specific form is selected, the 'Select an Audience' drop-down box should THEN appear. This should NOT be visible until the user has made a choice from Step 2.

SECOND:

If the user needs to add or choose more forms after the CREATE button has been selected, then the Task Pane on the right-hand side of the screen should also have a drop-down that lets the user add more forms or change the option to All Forms.

Thank you for the feedback. I've created a backlog item for this but there is no prioritization or ETA.

Hi Team,I suggest refining the Journey creation flow by adjusting the order of the steps, so that "Choose the Type of Audience" follows the form selection. Additionally, enabling users to update or select a form after the Journey is created, without having to delete it, would greatly improve usability and reduce confusion. Thanks!

Hi Team,I'd like to request an enhancement to the Journey creation flow to allow users to select or change the Form both during creation and after, without needing to delete the Journey. This would reduce confusion and improve the user experience. Thanks!
