PROBLEM:
- when you make e-mail quick campaign, you can choose to �Select who willown � / The owners of the records of the ��. The problem is that the sender of the e-mail are not changed according to this (the mails are sent from the ONE sender you choose in the quick campaign even when the Ownership of the mails are distributed according to this).
SOLUTION:
- on workaround is of course to use a workflow; BUT this workaround is not useful in order to use Campaigns / Campaign Responses correctly as they are thought out of the box.
WANTED SOLUTION:
- Extend the feature of e-mail quick campaigns and campaign activities so that if you choose "�Select who willown � / The owners of the records of the �� then the SENDER of the e-mails are set accordingly and then the single users Outlook (or e-mail router) will send the final mails.
