Add a Back (Close) button to the Print management dialog/screen.
Clicking the Back button should:
- save any updates made on the Print management screen
- return the user to whichever parameter screen they opened the Print management screen from
At the moment, Back / Save buttons are not present on the Print management screen. At the moment, the only way to close the Print management screen without navigating away is to press the Esc key, but there is no on-screen indication that this is possible.

And perhaps, while we're at it, apply consistent pathing to the Forms Setup (and thus Print Management) screen for each module. For example: Accounts Receivable has a dedicated menu section for forms (Accounts receivable \ Setup \ Forms \ Form setup), while for the Inventory Management module it simply doesn't exist and the Print Management screen is part of the module's Parameters screen. This seems inconsistent to me and it always confuses customers as well.
