We have identified that on the collection screen related information contact details that are on the customer are not visible.
We have identified that we need to set the contact details up on the customer > account > add contacts details for this to display but if we set it up there it does not populate the contact information on the customer record.
It does for the address but not the contact email or phone.
There should be a linkage between two tables.
