On all the entities, by default, users can post comments on ActivityFeeds which relating to all records, even to disabled records.
In some occasion, posting comments on ActivityFeeds of disabled records is not desirable.
Therefore, it is necessary for users to disable posting feature on ActivityFeed of the disabled records.
