If there is an incoming call via MS Teams, D365 contact (e.g. through or within teams) should open with the number and the contact details of the dailer (Account/Company, Opportunities, Activities,Website ...). After the call an activity is documented.
This should also be possible for missed calls via MS Team. These should be linked to the D365 contacts.
This should work for D365 Sales, Service and Marketing.

for the Admin default (user permission to change on areas/fields)
for the user, this should be personally customizable (for all/ for areas/for fields),
- e.g. for my role the pop up shows only name +phone
- e.g. for my role after clicking the pop up the page should show [field:], Opportunities...

I thought this was implemented already before we deployed PSTN calling in teams. Agents in customer service would greatly benefit from seeing what customer is calling and their details in front of them before answering the call like other phone systems do

Our customers are consistently asking for this feature, and without it they refuse to implement voice. they are getting this from RingCentral.

Totally great idea! It would be really nice to have this feature as a standardfunctionality of the Dynamics 365 Teams-Integration. Have heard this request by customers several times!
