When employees 'Send feedback, as Managers it is not clear that the email is a copy of the feedback sent to a direct report. Looking through their inbox, Managers would see the same email Subject ‘Feedback from X’ and the text within the email body is generic: ‘You have received feedback from X’.



It would be ideal to have the option to customise the template in a way to provide better clarity for Managers, that the email is a copy of the feedback sent to an employee.

The ability to customise the messages going out to the managers and individuals receiving feedback is definitely needed.
